This doctor falsified my medical records. He is not a good doctor. When I reviewed my records through the secure Portal, I realized he falsely put medical assessments in my records that were NEVER discussed at any of my visits. When I confronted him about falsifying my medical assessments, he got very angry. He was very unprofessional. I feel he is an inadequate doctor and a fraud.
