Great experience. When I call for Dr. EPPS , the receptionist tells me she doesn't have a Dr.Epps there. I would love to speak with Dr. EPPS. It's important.
The best Doctor to help you through your trauma. Very caring and very patient. Very understanding and compassionate. I'm so very happy I found her.
Dr Epps was very kind in the 3 appts we had. She was on her laptop constantly taking notes, I assume. I guess I was all over the place with my issues, and there are many, what with two bouts with cancer, the death of my Mom, and my son’s years of dealing with a GBM brain tumor and Sarcoma. At the end of my 3rd session, she told me I was fine and she only needed maybe a follow-up appt in 2 months. What? We hadn’t even touched on anything real in 3 sessions. Dr. Epps is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had family problems which prevented me from making an appointment and she was extremely rude to me. She refused to return calls although I made them repeatedly and when she finally did return my call she said I thought you weren't serious. I had to explain to her that there were several family problems which prevented me from keeping the appointment and she was totally oblivious and uncompassionate
