Dr. Epps was great with making sure my smile was perfect! Very happy with everything from this office.
A lot of back and forth. They don't answer the phones ever and I've had to leave several messages to get information on my chart sent over to insurance, and it literally took them 2 weeks to finally reach back out to tell me insurance would not cover it. I called the insurance and they tell me they have no record of ortho ever reaching out to them. After I call back to give them info the insurance company gave me, they set me up for an appointment at one of their locations that is not opened on the day of appoinment. I defin... read more
