Excellent communication. Very responsive. Punctual. We needed to replace a framed shower door with bad hinges and wanted an upgrade. Wyatt was quick to come out and give us an estimate. Answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything to us. Very knowledgeable and we trusted his expertise. Installation was around 2 weeks after our estimate. We love the new door! We had a great experience working with Epps Glassworks. We only needed a single residential window replaced. When I called around it was surprisingly difficult to find anyone willing to come out for such a small job. But once I found Wyatt he made the process easy! He offered to come by the same day to provide an estimate. He was up front about his minimum pricing policy, which we were happy to work with. They did a great job. Came out and Measured and 2 weeks later they installed my shower doors they look amazing. Work was performed perfectly. And cleaned up after. 100 percent satisfied i will be using them again. Very professional.

I can’t say enough great things about Epps. They installed a beautiful frameless glass door with two side panels, and the hardware matched our bathroom perfectly. The install was fast and seamless, and they even got it done just in time for Thanksgiving. They also took on a project that other vendors wouldn’t even quote — and at a very fair price. Highly recommend them for any of your glass needs!
