Called this company to have my septic drained. Show time was supposed to be 2. I called at 3:45 and they apologized and said someone would be out shortly! Then 5-6-7p.m comes and they wouldn't answer calls nor show up! It's horrible when a paying customer feels bad for calling a COMPANY that was supposed to show.
