They installed new openers for us a year and a half ago. We started to have issues with one of the doors just recently and they came out in a pinch on short notice, made a quick adjustment to one of our sensors, and didn't charge! Love the service, highly recommend them.

3 words. Professional honest service. My main door was having issues opening. It made a strange grinding noise. I thought I needed a new door and motor. Eppler doors offered to come out for a service fee and if I did need a new motor or door apply towards my overall bill. HOWEVER they found out it was just an adjustment to the motor and lubrication of the tracks. Only had to pay for the service fee and my door is good as new! If I need a new door in the future I know where to go.
