What do you do when your door falls on your car ? You call Eppler Garage Doors. They were able to come out get the door off my car, get my car out and install it temporarily until my beautiful new door comes in. Eppler made it so easy. I can't wait for my new door. Thanks guys!
I am selling my house and both my doors were trashed and not functioning. waller came out and did exactly what i asked for. they just made them run for the sale. they were honest and made lots of jokes about how bad my doors are. someone else problem now lol. these guys were honest and i will continue to use them in the future.
Best experience ever, After calling all the scam businesses in livermore I found Eppler. They are legit. They showed up on time fixed my door, and the price was what I was quoted. They suggested other parts but were honest and said my door was a turd and not to waste too much money on it. I will be buying my new door from them soon.
3 words. Professional honest service. My main door was having issues opening. It made a strange grinding noise. I thought I needed a new door and motor. Eppler doors offered to come out for a service fee and if I did need a new motor and door it would credit to my overall bill. HOWEVER they found out it was just an adjustment to the motor and lubrication of the tracks. Only had to pay for the service fee and my door is good as new! If I need a new door in the future I know where to go.
My opener died today, eppler came out and showed me how the clowns who came out last time put the wrong springs on my door. Eppler put the correct ones on a d were able to fix the motor. They said its super common for garage door companies to guess what springs they need. I could tell eppler knew what they were doing they calculated the springs and showed me how the door was supposed to run. It now runs. Better than ever.
