In my 31 years seeing Rheumatologists I found Dr. Pallavi to be finally what I needed. She was so knowledgeable and on the ball. We have a great plan in place to help me improve quality of life and I'm feeling so hopeful. She's very respectful, great communication and on time, didn't have to wait at all. Great experience. Finally. Front desk receptionist was so lovely also and very helpful. 10/10 for this clinic.
We had a family member with a complicated and potentially life changing medical diagnosis. We were referred to the Epping Specialist Group. Dr Mueed provided an exceptional level of care. Unlike some of the other specialists we had spoken with, Dr Mueed was generous with his time. Spending time speaking with the patient, as well as the rest of the family. I have been attending Epping Specialist Group since April of this year, I see Dr Pallavi (Rheumatologist). I would highly recommend her, she is very thorough. Listens to your concerns, discusses your treatment options and involves you in all treatment decisions. Along with being friendly, treating you as a human not just a medical condition.
