Waiting one hour and half to see the Doctor. Notified receptionist as soon as I arrived but forgot to advise the doctor. Very incompetent receptionist. Doctor was great and apologized on the receptionist behalf. Not giving false excesses, like reception staff, to cover mistakes. Very unprofessional.
