My online booking did not process with my sons, went in asked the receptionist that I have 2 appointments she said she didn't hear me and the doctor refused to see me as she was seeing my son. She made me go back outside and wait again when I showed my confirmation email and very clearly had an appointment... its not a 10 or 15 min wait its hours and people are already stressed/sick/tired. Mistakes happen but its how you rectify it and treat people that makes all the difference if you ask me
