The worst receptionist I have come across. I understand that sometimes we can't get a Walk in appointment. But if you see someone literally crying and immensely in pain. All you could offer is rude stating you need to look for some other doctor we only have one and no walkin. And it was soo rude. I cried so bad feeling so helpless. I then literally went to another place where there was almost the same situation but she comforted me and gave me the address of another place where I could get my eye treated. Took my father there for his high heart rate (almost 200), Dr. Lin kept us waiting and brushing it off saying it was not possible. Saw him eventually and he couldn't do anything but wrote a referral which didn't make sense for the hospital staff. Quite a dangerous place for medical care.
Receptionist middle aged lady was terrible and rude. The doctors are great tho
