I visited this medical centre for the first time after it was recommended to me, as my 1.5-year-old son had a severe cough. I completely understand that doctors can become fully booked, and my disappointment is not that my son couldn’t be seen. It was how the situation was handled by reception. I was looking for a new GP clinic, however upon seeing these really concerning and alarming reviews of doctors being inconsiderate, uncompassionate and valuing profits over people. I will NEVER step inside this clinic and I will be warning others as well. It's very clear that this clinic does not care about their patients otherwise they would have taken disciplinary action already.
