Vivian at Dorevitch Pathology (Epping Family Medical & Specialist Centre) was absolutely amazing. I have severe anxiety around blood tests, and she handled it with so much care and calm. She kept me talking and distracted, and I genuinely didn’t even realise she had already done the blood draw. It was over before I knew it. She was kind, reassuring, and incredibly skilled - easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a blood test. Thank you, Vivian.
I’ve been an existing patient for a while, but after today’s appointment I will never be coming back. My experience with Dr Nargis Marsoor was genuinely awful. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and constantly talked over me while I was trying to explain what was going on. One of our support workers accompanied a client with a disability to an appointment with Dr. Nargis Marsoor. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The doctor was rude and dismissive towards both the client and the support worker. She spoke in another language in front of the client while discussing the client, which was extremely disrespectful. Horrible experience, I literally left the clinic stressed and on the verge of tears today. I needed a new GP as my usual GP moved interstate, so I called this clinic and booked with Dr Rizwan Akhter from over a month ago for a work cover appointment, ensuring the reception is aware that this is for work cover and I was reassured that I was booked in for work cover with Dr Rizwan and that he DOES take new patients.
