As a daughter of the patient at the dialysis unit, I am extremely pleased with the level of caring and consideration of all staff. They make you feel welcomed, and treat you like family. The level of care they provide for mum is beyond professional and can't be expressed in words. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work! God Bless

Extremely rude member of the staff who definitely had no manners and lacked basic courtesy. She made us feel we were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
