⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service I had a confirmed appointment for **myself and my daughter on 17 December at 12:30pm**, which was **cancelled just ONE HOUR before** by the receptionist. I was then told that my appointment had been **given to someone else**. This is beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable.
