Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my experience. During my visit, the front desk staff was giving me detailed treatment recommendations and strongly pushing certain procedures — which felt more like a dentist's role than a receptionist's. I found it a bit overwhelming and would feel more comfortable if treatment consultations came directly from the dentist. I'd appreciate it if that could be kept in mind for future visits. Thank you.

Highly Not Recommended to others with Poor professional standards the unprofessional manner displayed during a recent service interaction. My friend share an experience what he had with one of female dentist, sounds like not very professional, and it impacts his emotional wellbeing. Dr Richard Kwon showed no patience when treating children. During my child’s appointment, his attitude was rude and dismissive, which immediately made the situation uncomfortable. Instead of trying to calm or reassure a young patient, he handled the situation poorly and lacked the empathy required when working with children. Everyone is so kind and understanding. Really makes you want to go to the dentist! Even the young ones can’t wait to go to the dentist!
