Could’ve been 10 stars, but only five available. Got referred to this Dental group by great friends and they were right. Chelsi and Dr. Riley Payne did not disappoint! The entire staff, especially Stephanie who answered the phone, was extremely helpful, warm and friendly from the moment you walked in the door! They don’t make you feel old, like there’s no hope,, they come up with a plan and do the right thing! Very friendly environment and uplifting music and just a great atmosphere all around!
Started as, a walk-in that just moved here from Alabama. I was flossing and lost a filling the morning I went to Epperson Payne. They worked me in and made the whole procedure look like a regular check up. I felt no pain and was in and out in a surprisingly quick visit. So, I found who may be my regular dentist since VA can't fit me in less than three months out.
Beautiful office, the kindest staff, great work, and not too expensive. Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
They are a wonderful dental group!!! Worked me in because I came from Clovis,NM with a broken crown. I highly recommend this group!!! Very kind & friendly doctor & staff!!
I chipped a front tooth and called to see if it could be repaired. Not only were they very accommodating, but they got me in promptly and Dr. Riley Payne took care of it. He was efficient and I was in and out of there in no time. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were very friendly and relatable. The lady at the front desk registered me in a new patient drawing as well as the person that referred me and gave me a little take away gift. I highly recommend this dental office.
