Called them cause I am in between vets for all 3 of my dogs. And of course this is when one needs to be seen. My baby has an ear infection. I called multiple places all said 4-6 weeks out. Companion was the only one that could see her next day. When I called in the lady on the phone was super nice and answered all my questions not only for the dog to be seen next day but also the other 2 to get them established with a new vet. Dr. Patel and Companion Animal Hospital took excellent care of my dogs. One of them was elderly and required a lot of care in her final years - Dr. Patel and Technician Ashley were extremely compassionate and knowledgeable while we explored treatments to maintain quality of life. My younger pup is nervous and shy - and they were excellent with her, patiently giving shots, drawing blood samples, and providing treatment for an ear infection. Boarded my dog here for a 5 day stay and I was really happy with my over all service and the care that my sweet boy received. They sent me a few photos during my time away to ease my nerves! So kind!! He’s not neutered and many places around town won’t take your dog unless fixed, but they happily accepted! They even washed his blanket and pillow and he got a grade card when I came to pick him up. 😊 Price is very reasonable, will board again.
After calling several veterinarians around Fort Walton Beach, I chose Companion Vet and I’m so glad I did.
