My experience with Epperson, my counsel was a no show to both of my court hearings. My name change was supposed to be in the divorce decree. When I received it, it was left out. Contacting the firm I was repeatedly told it was in there. No it was not. Now I have to file a request for name change with the court because it was not put into my divorce decree like it should have been.
