Epperson & Epperson Equipment has done a great job servicing my Takeuchi TL10. They’re good people, easy to work with, and know their equipment. Turnaround time was solid, communication was good, and they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. You can tell they care about doing things the right way and building long-term customers instead of just pushing work through the shop. I’ll definitely keep using them in the future.
Lance Epperson at Epperson & Epperson Equipment is a top-notch guy running a top-notch company. Anytime I need a piece of equipment, he’s the first person I call, and he always makes sure I’m taken care of. One night I got in a bind and needed a mini excavator at 8:30 PM. Not only did he let me use one, but he personally delivered it to me within 30 minutes. That kind of service is hard to find these days.
