Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted Epperly & Follis seeking help with a serious insurance bad-faith case involving significant financial damages. Instead of receiving professionalism or proper guidance, I was met with impatience, poor customer service, and a dismissive attitude. The person who called me seemed more interested in rushing the conversation than understanding my case. The information on this website states they also deal with children disability cases, but when I called they said that's not something that they would be able to help me with. I wonder why that was the case. Website obviously gives false information.
Craig and David were excellent to work with, they are professional and knowledgeable and they both took their time to understand my case and to provide relevant advise.
