Popped into Eppel’s for a quick breakfast before work and honestly this place hits. Total no-frills, classic diner vibes. The server kept the coffee coming before I even had to ask, which is an instant win. I got the corned beef hash with sunny-side eggs and extra crispy hash browns, absolutely hit the spot. My friend got the pancake stack and they were so fluffy. Fast, super friendly, zero pretense.
