I've brought my car for oil changes a couple times now and things have always been a little off but this last time was the last straw. Rewind to the oil change before this one, when i book the appointment i always ask if they will look my car over to make sure everything is good and they always say yeah sure no problem. So i usually drop my car off on my lunch break and then pick it up after work that way they have plenty of time.
