We really appreciated the work, efficiency, and kindness of Epp’s Auto. We’ve had good experiences in the past and today while driving about with our van full of kids we experienced some difficulties. We drove to Epp’s and in around an hour, they had run several tests, diagnosed the problem, ordered in a part from Piston Ring, AND installed it while communicating all the way. They went above and beyond not charging us for service they rightfully could have. Thank you!
