I used BMI two times, the first time around they did an ok job on one of my warehouses. I called them back to fix a lobby area on another building. I am now tired of asking them to please help getting it completed right. After being paid they came out one more time to fix the air bubbles and debris on top coat. Now i have a a room full of orange peel finish. I requested they come out to sand and buff i am even willing to pay but i am being ignored now. Can't say i can recommend.
