Terrible quality of work and terrible customer service. Tom did the job himself and left the ridges of his bucket imprinted on our floor, left several spots with holes in it. We reached out to him directly and he said he’d come fix it; he then began to ignore the calls. The pandemic came around and we knew it wouldn’t be safe so we waited until some time after vaccine roll out.
