Great products and great customer service WHEN the phone is answered and emails are responded to. Otherwise, completely unacceptable. If these guys were on top of their game with customer communications, they would easily receive 5 stars. When they do up their communications game, I'll change my review to be 5 stars, but in the meantime, some work needs to be done.
Customer Service is top notch, Alex took the time and made sure I was getting the material needed for my customer's project. Highly recommend!

They ship quickly, and ordering is easy, but good luck with customer service. I have tried to get a receipt for 3 weeks. They do not respond to email, answer their phones at their office, or respond to voice mail.
