This used to be a good company. No longer. If you are a small business do not shop here. They recently enacted a high minimum order so you will be forced to order large quantities. That coupled with a short shelf life means you may end up throwing out valuable product. Not to mention the environmental aspects of doing so.
Great products and great customer service WHEN the phone is answered and emails are responded to. Otherwise, completely unacceptable. If these guys were on top of their game with customer communications, they would easily receive 5 stars. When they do up their communications game, I'll change my review to be 5 stars, but in the meantime, some work needs to be done.
Customer Service is top notch, Alex took the time and made sure I was getting the material needed for my customer's project. Highly recommend!
