Used them once and now they don't service our area. Thought we had an agreement to do another conference and they're out of business in our area with no notification whatsoever. Very unprofessional!

If you need a virtual meeting solution that goes leaps and bounds beyond webinars, this is it! We have successfully held three virtual meetings with our partners at epb. Components included plenary sessions with Q&A, breakouts with the ability to self-choose and change rooms, small group networking, shared whiteboard for brainstorming sessions, poster hall. The ePosterBoards staff has top-notch customer service! The professionalism, the hands-on support before, during, and after the event was amazing. They make themselves part of your entire process which was massively helpful in my event. The way their staff assists you with thinking about every detail and jumps in to help you at a moment's notice adds another level of ease to the hectic aspect of event planning. I would highly recommend their services to anyone hosting a virtual event.
