I lived at Epoque Golden from Feb 2024 to April 2025. A) Initially I was upset with the management team for not disclosing a major construction project, right next to my unit, which started just after I moved in. With construction starting at 6:30AM - 6 days a week, I didn't feel at home or at peace in the first months. Luckily I was able to work from the common area which includes two nice conference rooms. Management is awesome! We hit a water pipe and they took care of everything. The best you could imagine!! We will be at her forever!!
I genuinely like this place... but the hot tub, which we used to use EVERY DAY, has been broken since August. There is no ETA on the repair. Every time we ask they say they are working on it and have to have the city inspect it. That has been the same answer since September. We pay a lot to live here and it would be nice to use the things we pay for and that were a huge reason we moved into this unit in the first place.
