We moved in about 3 months ago, Joette and all the staff have been so welcoming and kind. Wonderful place to live!! The building is clean, quiet, and can’t beat the location!
Justin is an amazing manager. When he first arrived at Epoque he didn’t hesitate to introduce himself, with eye contact, a hand shake and assurance that he would be available and would do his best to make things work. I noticed, shortly after he came, the “privacy screen”, placed there by a previous manager and received by residents as a “go away” message, was removed. Joette from the leasing office was professional, kind, and welcoming. This made my move from out-of-state very easy. The complex is extremely well maintained and has great amenities.
