All I can say is “wow”. Delivered in only two days! Very informative chatbot help on the website chatbot did make a small mistake, epool supply took care of it immediately. I returned the extra part I ordered by USPS and got my refund in two days! Together with very competitive pricing, this is my go to pool supply from now on.
When you barely know what you're doing, this place is a great resource. They never make you feel stupid, or out of place, like a lot of pool places do. Not only helpful but 10/10 times they are cheaper than Leslie's and most of the time cheaper than the other local spot on 35th and Greenway (where the staff is extremely rude and make you feel dumb).
