The employees are professional and patient. My order was not in stock and took a little longer than expected to get. I called them a few more times than I probably needed to ( kind of worried being my first experience with them and a pretty big order) but the staff was very helpful and respectful. I would recommend Epool.
Good web site, Jason was very helpful answered all my questions giving me confidence in getting the right product and made the purchase simple.
So pleased with my order. The gentleman I spoke with was professional, efficient and pleasant. I only wish I could remember his name, he deserves a raise! Was anxious to get this part because my husband was going to “modify” with a bolt and I love him but we have been here before. The part arrived in record time and now I can finish setting the pool.
