If I could give 6 stars, I would! Our pool robot was down for the count, and after a dramatic Google search spiral (and a few choice words), we found these absolute legends. The lady who helped us was an actual angel — not only did she track down the part we needed, but she also went above and beyond to find the cheapest shipping to us here in FNQ. Terrible customer service. I understand that they may not be able to provide prices on their website but I called for a price as i was passing by on the day. Was assured that I would get a call back very soon , but no call after 3 days. Also put a request in via the website, but a week goes by and no reply. I shopped elsewhere where I had a response on the day !
