on the 20 Jan I ordered a standpipe for a Davey pool filter which their website stated was in stock , waited a week with no delivery , after multi calls eventually found that the item is no longer available even though was told it was coming , communication very poor, DO NOT deal with this company .
I have dealt with this company on two seperate occasions. Both times I was met with exceptional service and prompt delivery. A+ thank you very much to the team members that assisted me!
Thanks ePools for great service and reasonable pricing. I was having issues with my salt water chlorinator and was told by many pool shops to replace the whole unit at a cost of several thousand dollars. But the team at ePools took the time to understand and worked out all I needed was a new salt chlorinator cell that i could replace by myself, saving me thousands. The cell came quickly and as described. Thanks again.
