Brian always goes beyond to make sure that we have exactly what we need in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. One time we got the wrong color hats, and he replaced them all, within a week, at no charge. Brian truly cares about making sure his customers are happy and it is sincerely appreciated.

We bought some work shirts with our logo on the front chest and back middle over half a year ago. The digitization was spot on and the threadwork has held up extremely well, so much so, they still look like brand new shirts. Typically when you sew onto dry-fit shirts, the stitching pulls the shirt material. That's not the case with how Epolos stitches. I'm very pleased with my purchase from Epolos and am thankful I found them in the sea of embroiderers out there on the web.
These guys are easy to work with And have great follow-up communications. 2nd time I have used them for marketing gifts and will use them for our executive Christmas gifts too !
