Had a sleep study done a month ago and still no word from them. Also threatened that if I didn’t return the equipment the next day I would be billed 25 dollars a day until it was received back .

Staff and management have snarky attitudes! I don't recommend. Dealing with Dr.Mellos office is the second step in the process of getting a CPAP machine, however, which is a joke because they don't answer their phone or return calls!! What doctors office ignores answering their phone and uses voicemail? How unprofessional! Will be using Brown University instead!
