Walked in office. Very uninviting. No doctors in sight. Just a woman who hands out over night sleep test device. I wanted to know how bad my osa is and if inspire or airlift would work for me. It been a month. I never got called back with results or given the option to meet with actual specalist... I'd think I should have looked for an ear nose throat Dr. Who also practices sleep disorders for real results.

I have a referral and a preauthorization approved my by my insurance that these people have sat on since 12/12/25. I have called twice and the people answering the phone are rude and not helpful.

Very disappointed in the communication and the entire process. I’ve had to call three times to get information about where I pickup the device, how to access it, where and how to return it. They are very concerned about completing antiquated online forms to protect their liability and ensure they get paid.
