they never answer , bad customer service
I dont normal leave reviews but they don't ever answer the phone, I've tried multiple times on different days and no answer
I was referred by my primary care. They send a contract that says they will charge a $2,500 fee if the device is lost or damaged (it is a small cheap piece of plastic) and then $25 dollars a day (yes this is per day) if not returned on time. Looks like others, from services across their company, have been charged and/or now have a collection fight. I now know why they took a credit card number to start.
