Very poor communication. My study was done for weeks and never sent to requesting physician.
Very unprofessional operation. Employees are are not capable of assisting with your questions are rude and will hang up on you. Stay away .
Horrible......been waiting for a month to schedule an appointment. They keep telling me my doctor hasn't sent the right information when I know my doctor has. Very rude people. Will not be going here and do not recommend
Been trying to get a hold of the billing department for 3 days some one keeps saying they’ll call me back tomorrow and never does. When I first got the sleep study I had a question called the support line left a message no one got back to me. I personally did not have a good experience with this company and do not recommend them.
