I got caught in the rain after the 4th of July fireworks had to hide from Hurricane Like winds, thunder, lightning and the concierge rudely told me while waiting for my ride to move along and that I couldn't be standing where I was standing. Didn't offer me to come inside to ask a few questions why I was there and how they could be of service. wouldn't let me either come sit on the bench outside the doors or inside.
