There are literally roaches in The Dalhia “luxury’ apartments and no one cares. The front desk guy says “it’s Florida.” Absolutely awful how this place is maintained. He said go ahead and reach out to management….I don’t know what his role is on-site, but his excuse for the terrible quality is occupancy. Apparently it’s at less than 50% (maybe word got out about the roaches?? Or they saw how poorly maintained it is?) and there’s no actual maintenance services until it gets to that point.
