Over priced
Way overpriced
Poor customer service and communication from the guys who come out to spray. I had a noon appointment and they just never showed up. I called and they refused to come out and tried to reschedule me again. The application also wears off a lot quicker than advertised.
Showed up exactly when they said they would. The contract price is extremely competitive and seems to be a better value than other pest control companies in the area. The service man that came out was very nice, professional, respectful, and went above and beyond my expectations. He cleaned the spider webs off the outside of the house, got rid of wasp nests, and paid extra attention to the ant hills.
