They moved me into a roach/spider infested unit that they didn’t clean properly before I arrived. There were dirty napkins on the table, trash in the trash can, crumbs everywhere, etc. Also had some other appliance issues and I submitted a request for all this to be taken care of over a week back in my inspection and nothing was done. I’ve submitted another request that they will hopefully look at but so far my experience has been poor with EPOCH.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Stay away from this complex. They will attempt to scam you out of every cent they can. Like many other reviews say, the maintenance and management are beyond poor. The maintenance crew will often come when first requested and then fail to follow up to finish the repairs. I have had several instances where they refused the need for maintenance despite obvious issues. If you want to be charged money over nothing, lose power often, and never receive responses or solutions from management… this is the perfect place for you!
My friend lives at epoch and I have loved utilizing the communal study spaces they have. Everything is super clean and the staff that we have interacted with have been helpful and kind!
Epoch has been a wonderful housing option for our son. Clean and close to campus.
