EpocFit is changing my life! I had hit rock bottom, so confused on how I should eat and work out until I meet Jeremy! As an "older" person that has not exercised for 17 years, I have found this program to be perfect to meet my need and get me on the right road to better fitness and health. It is not so strenuous that I can't keep up but yet pushes me to strengthen my body so that I can get through the next 20+ years of my life.
Has a great location. Atmosphere is upbeat and its great working out in a class environment. They really give you great support and encouragement. I would recommend this to anyone and my friends and family. Thanks EpocFit for helping me reach my goal.
