☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with the customer service from Epoca International LLC. I contacted them multiple times regarding a recalled mini fridge and was promised a full refund after submitting the required documentation and photos. However, they only offered to refund a portion of the amount and have not responded to my follow-up phone calls or messages. ⚠️ RECALL BREACH | RECALL COMPLIANCE VIOLATORS ⚠️ This is not a misunderstanding — this is regulatory non-compliance. Epoca International emailed me stating that the product I purchased was part of a recall because it posed a fire hazard. Per their official instructions, I was required to destroy the product (including cutting the power cords) in order to receive a refund. I complied in full. I gave up on packaged microwaved popcorn years ago as I couldn't stand that nasty film left on the roof of my mouth after eating it. Who knows what they put in that stuff. I purchased an air popper online and have been using it for several years. The only downfall of the air popper is that the popcorn would be super tough and chewy in the middle.
