Have called numerous times with no call back so I switched monitoring to Rabe Hardware no charge for monitoring my system
Similar to Brian's review, it's been over a year since we met with them & have nothing to show for it other than shame I feel for this scam. They very rarely answer your calls, occasionally respond to text messages, & never give direct answers. Learn from my mistake & do not use EPo Energy, U.S. Renewable Energy, or DR Electric Services.
Ordered solar 8 months ago and still incomplete. This company is a scam. Likely using our rebates for profit.
