We had a legitimate bill from them but they were tacking on an extra $300–which is INSURANCE FRAUD. Our primary health insurance called them multiple times on our behalf telling them these charges were inappropriate and removing them. I filed a complaint with the insurance fraud dept of MI and with the BBB.
Well, I just got a letter from a collector referring a debt with this epmg. By the reviews it looks like it’s something they do to many. Not paying the of course.
Got a text offering a discount if I pay by a certain date. Zero idea of who I supposedly owe money to or from what service rendered to whom and from when.
