So basically EPM IS MONEY GREEDY. I TOOK MY BIKE IN FOR A SIMPLE CARB CLEAN , THIS WAS THE START OF A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EPM . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW TO ⚠️ PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HEADACHE. ⚠️. LET ME START WITH *WHY* I TOOK MY BIKE HERE. I am grateful they accepted my dad’s motorcycle to do work on. It is a 1988 Honda Goldwing and other shops refused because it was too old or they don’t like to deal with big touring bikes. They got the repairs fixed and it works excellent. They missed noticing the front brake caliber needing to be rebuilt. Still, in spite of that I would go to them again. They did fix perfectly. If I could give this place a zero star I would, they are a service shop that their only service is only to themselves & not the customer. I took my bike here this past March because the carbs leaked & needed a more thorough cleaning than what I had already did. They stated that there would be a $160.00 initial fee diagnosis for them to make their own conclusion & it would go towards the repair, well against my better judgement I rented a trailer and took the bike there with the carbs off, ( they wanted the bike & would not r... read more
Best Shop in Chicagoland! Great service, super knowledgable on all bikes even scooters and any unusual bike you may have. Fairly priced also! Highly recommend!
