I took my scooter to EPM for some repairs, I knew I was in good hands when I ran into my childhood friend there picking up his scooter. My friend told me he has been a customer for many years, and that he has been happy with their service. I had my oil change and repairs done at EPM, and I was happy with their service and pricing as new customer. I would recommend EPM to my friends and family.

My review is useless, I haven't employed their services yet. I'm looking for a guy named Jeff who I spoke to 2 years ago. Waverunner was awesome one day, wouldn't turn over the next. It wasn't the battery.
You can really judge the integrity of a shop by how they treat people who just need some simple help. I came in needing just a few washers for my bike, and Mike spent genuine time helping me get the right ones. He gave me honest, expert advice and went completely out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. That kind of honesty is hard to find in Chicago. Massive props to Mike and the team—I'll definitely be back!
Fast and friendly motorcycle towing. Picked me up when I was stuck on the side of the highway. When I got to the shop, they were able to figure out what was wrong with my motorcycle without overcharging me. Chill and friendly mechanics. I will be going back for any of my bike services.
