If I could give negative stars I would. Very dismissive of concerns when I brought my mom to the ER after she said she'd rather be dead than be in such back pain. Epley asked why I brought her to the ER because they couldn't really do anything but xrays and commented that my mom had just been there 5 days ago. After admitting her, we found new fractures in her vertebrae as well as new severe canal stenosis. The hospitalist is now having the spinal team evaluate her to determine options. So...
