Fine quality job from a very reputable place of business. Everyone was friendly and professional, explained everything in great detail for me to understand. Brock was very professional and worked hard to get everything done/scheduled with my insurance company. They made everything easy for me. I tell everyone I know that they have to come here!
Went in for an estimate for damage for my vehicle. Was attempting to pull up my estimate for Brock, but I guess I was taking too long for him. He snatched my phone out of my hand and sent the estimate to himself from my email rather than directing me. Once he saw my estimate he was already telling me he was going to charge more than what was estimated by my insurer. I shouldn’t have even mentioned insurance and got a cash estimate.
I attempted to discuss fixing my car with a guy, hoping to negotiate a lower price. However, the quote he provided was based on a Volkswagen Passat R Line, not the Volkswagen Passat S I own. It felt like I was unfairly judged based on my race or appearance, leading to the impression that I was a budget-conscious individual. After going to 4 other auto body repair shops I ended up at Epleys from the very beginning they were professional and personable they took care of all the stuff with the insurance company after I ended up getting nowhere trying to get someone to look at my truck the amount of hail damage was undiscribeable but they repaired my truck so it looked like a brand new one, l am very pleased and would highly recommend them for any auto body work.
