Always had attentive and patient service from Dr. Eplett, who listens, pays attention and then takes time to properly explain. Yes, there have been a couple last minute cancellations, but it happens. The office has always been very accommodating in making last minute changes for me.
She last minute canceled on me twice. had to take two days off work to lose two days worth of income. And it's funny if I cancel on her I have to pay for her lose of me not being there. What about me !!! She only cares about money not her patients.
We had a positive experience from moment we entered the office to when we left . All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and Dr Eplett was wonderful at explaining things in a way my 95 yr old father could understand. I would highly recommend them
