This Trucking carrier completely blew a pickup. Failed to notice anyone at my brokerage about it. He actually showed up to the shipper and left because he wasn't put in a dock right away. Shipper told him they would load him in 20 minutes as he showed up 20 minutes before pickup appointment. Carrier didn't call or tell anyone in my office about this. Just left and stopped answering phone calls/emails. DO NOT USE THIS TRUCKING COMPANY. HE WILL FALL OFF YOUR LOAD WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE!
