I do not typically write bad reviews but this interaction has really irked me. I normally get my hair done with Christy and she does a fantastic job of working with me and my schedule, but I scheduled a bleach root touch up with Tanya or Tara i don't really know her name, thinking she would be able to work with me. She called and asked me if i wanted highlights or a touch up and even asked me to move my appointment earlier so she would have more time, which I said yes. Been going here for 8 years never had a bad experience once, but I told this new guy TJ 4 things on how to cut my hair and he did the exact opposite of what I told him (really messed me up), never let him touch your hair if your a guy. Going to get another haircut now.
Go here if you want your hair cut uneven! I had hair down to my butt and this is what a trim looks like here?!?! They’re also extremely unprofessional. When I had called to make the appointment, she said I could come in at 4:00. I then a few minutes later received a call saying that they couldn’t take me anymore as I was halfway there. I turn around to go home just to get another call saying I COULD come in. And it was just new people working the front desk.
