I do not typically write bad reviews but this interaction has really irked me. I normally get my hair done with Christy and she does a fantastic job of working with me and my schedule, but I scheduled a bleach root touch up with Tanya or Tara i don't really know her name, thinking she would be able to work with me. She called and asked me if i wanted highlights or a touch up and even asked me to move my appointment earlier so she would have more time, which I said yes.
