The developer dropped the ball not showing up for our first strata meeting that was help months and I’m still waiting to have my security system installed in which I have to pay 90% of it. Promised and not delivered. Usually you get a nice gift from a pre sale….. received nothing. One word cheap and just wants your money. Don’t buy any Pre sales from EPIX development.
The developer rushed Popolo and there are several items outstanding for the entire building. It closed in April 2024 and it’s now mid Sept. Original estimated completion was fall 2022. The parkade was not complete upon possession, so could not be accessed when moving in. They also had to pave the back lane. They were not compliant with By laws for the parkade, missing mirrors.
