Visited Nutritionaddiction for the first time this morning, for their Zumba class. The instructor, Edy, really does teach a "Beast Zumba" class! As an instructor myself, I can honestly say this is one of the best classes I've ever taken. Love the addition of using water bottles as arm weights for some extra toning! And absolutely LOVED my delicious Herbalife shake afterwards! (Which they have waiting for you, as you let them know which flavor you want before class starts.) Received an awesome workout/beating last night. I truly love the atmosphere of this place and the peach cobbler tea was phenomenal !!!!! I have a new place to call home now.
