Incompetence by Reception on a few occasions and main doctor female has no people skills I find this very concerning Do not recommend Very Abrupt and do commit to patient care and always Vague

Dr Christopher Mitchell is professional, empathetic and open minded. I appreciate his patience and willingness to listen whilst exploring all aspects of the situation at hand.

I didn’t have an appointment and I was suffering from severe food poising and needed a script for anti nausea tablets. The doctor refused to see me even in a state of need as it was bookings only. It’s very sad to know people won’t reach out and help a fellow in need and in the worst of times. I wouldn’t support a business like this. Go somewhere else.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service was so good I thought I would this time. Today was my first time going to this clinic, and I was super impressed. They close at 5:30, and my appointment was for 5pm. Dr Mark Fryer saw me and in 25 minutes he did a skin check, shot me with two vaccinations (going overseas soon), and talked to me about a recent sickness I had.
