Worst prescription coverage ever. My husband pays alot to have good insurance and when we see a doctor that recommends a medicine that works you deny it for simple fact that you who are not my doctor wants me to take something your so called company suggests. You are not my physician period. Your service sucks, your coverage is a nightmare, I will be glad to change as soon as we have the opportunity.

Was switched to this prescription manager through my employer and their BCBS TN insurance. Since being switched it has been nothing but problems of getting prescriptions filled for all of the pre-existing conditions myself and family have dealt with before the switch. This company denied and tried to play Doctor themselves stating what drugs must be tried before. They then deny again when those drugs have already been told to them as tried. These guys are the worst pharmacy benefit managers in the world. Their entire reason for existence is to delay care, deny meds, and make patients suffer. I tried to order Spiriva, they said "Can't have Spiriva unless patient tries Stiolto." I say, "Well, that's dumb because Stiolto CONTAINS the active ingredient of Spiriva, but what the heck, sure, I'll prescribe Stiolto."
