one on one personal service and maybe a neck/head massage cannot make up for bad perms, outdated hair cutting skills and high prices. it is too computerized - you have to talk to a receiptionist - she enters what she thinks you want/need and that comes up with a time frame the person who actually performs the services to live up or in my case down to. heaven forbid you want a slightly different technique - even if it is the same service you scheduled. you won't get it due to 'time constraints'. A Relaxing Experience Ephiphany Salon is a full-service salon...whether you need a haircut/color or a massage or you're looking to have your nails done, they offer it all in one place. The salon is nicely laid out and has a very relaxing atmosphere. They carry Aveda products so it's always an aromatherapy treat just walking in the door. Located in downtown Traverse City they have plenty of parking available.
New Age Hair Salon If you are looking for something nicer than the average salon this is the place to go. Personal Service like a cup of hot tea, nicer natural products like aveda and a friendly staff. You will pay for the treatment you receive.
