I was quoted $85 to get my chain fixed and I thought that was ridiculous. When I said I would not pay that, the woman ripped the invoice up in front of me. Went to another jewellers and they fixed it for $10.
i brought a engagement ring from here in less than a week of my misses wearing it we could hear the main stone jiggle and 4 days later a small side stone fell out due to the metal breaking off
Best jewellery and customer service. I highly recommend. Rita is the most accomodating staff member.
